For most people, consuming two servings of Krampade 2K each day is the best way to start, generally one serving in the morning and one serving in the evening. This is typically effective for preventing cramps while also helping with muscle performance, speeding recovery, and reducing fatigue. Krampade also helps optimize your hydration and combat heat stress.
It is important to emphasize that this is a starting point and your needs may differ. Some Krampade customers use 3 or more servings of Krampade 2K to meet their unique needs. In short, consuming at least two servings of Krampade helps you feel better!
