I have tried many different powders, liquids, drinks etc to help my shoulders and neck. When working in the heat my muscles tense up starting at the mid-back shoulder area, moving up to my neck causing tension headaches and lightheadedness. I was sceptical about Krampade. I made a drink with 2K and waited. About 20 mins after I could feel the tension leave my shoulder and neck area with a faint tingling. This is by far my favorite one because it has ZERO sugar. I become dehydrated very easily due to certain medical conditions and KRAMPADE replaces the important electrolytes I lose. I have NEVER found another product that delivers like KRAMPADE.

For me I always suspected I didn’t have enough potassium in my diet, aaand one day I made the “mistake” of looking it up.

I actually mix in half a packet of another water flavor enhancer that’s lemon lime flavored, and it is PERFECT! This product truly saved me from having to get a potassium infusion. I have been searching for a high potassium and low sugar product with sodium. Why, I need electrolytes and so do you. Because we don’t get near enough the of the %DV we need. I’m past 60 and an avid road cyclist and mountain biker. If you do not have electrolytes in your system your heart will flutter if you grenade yourself starting out. This happened on a few occasions, I go see my doc and the diagnosis was simple. After searching through several brands this product got my attention quick with the ingredients I wanted and the science behind the product. I think this stuff works, but man… the taste (to me) is pretty awful. It doesn’t smell terrible (I like citrus and salt generally), but the stevia is just unnecessary. When I drink this I have to have it a little at a time and way more diluted. I guess it’s never bad to drink more water, but it is still hard for me to use this stuff consistently because of the taste. Even using a straw it gets on my tongue.
If they come out with an unsweetened version I will probably get it again, but if not I may pass and just eat more avocados or something for extra potassium. Lol

This stuff works better than any other electrolyte supplement. In fact it’s the only one that works. No other electrolyte mix has this much potassium. I’ve always had cramping problems since high school football. Gatoraid, gatorlytes, salt on watermelon, pickle juice, bananas, bananas, and basically any hydration electrolyte mix doesn’t work as well as Krampade. It’s the amount of potassium in it that I haven’t found in any others. It’s what I needed. The others are all super super low potassium and sodium focused and they don’t work well. I use the krampade 2k every day I know I’m sweating. I still can cramp up but this alleviates it’s super fast . I sampled the 4k, actually put it to use while I was cramping in both my hamstrings at the same time. Usually I’d be rubbing my legs, wincing in pain, trying to gather what nutrients I can while stiff and it’s a good 10-20min, but when I had the 4k stuff I pounded it, and rubbed my cramps and was all good in like 2-5 minutes. Simply the best I’ve found and the only thing that works for my cramping!
