After suffering from muscle cramps for years, do to low potassium after a bowel resection, I can finally sleep at night. It is hard to drink. Medicinal taste, salty. I mix mine with sugar-free powdered drink mix and keep in the fridge so it’s really cold. Slug down a glass in the morning and one before bed. The 4k is really strong tasting, but I only need 1/2 the amount. The lemon lime flavor is the best of the flavors. It’s not Gatorade, but this stuff works!

I’m someone who sweats a ton working in a very physically demanding job.
