Krampade 4K

Krampade 4K is designed to give rapid relief for severe cramps. For rare individuals who lose a lot of potassium daily and are very prone to severe cramps, this product is perfect for giving them daily amounts of potassium needed. We caution all customers to follow the directions with this product to prevent possible hyperkalemia from over consumption. Recommended consumption is 1 to 3 servings per day, with 4 hours between servings, depending upon your individual needs and level of activity.
