Replacement and Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your Krampade purchase, please contact Krampade within fourteen (14) days of receiving your product(s). While we cannot accept returns, you may be eligible for a replacement or a refund. Please note that we monitor refund and replacement requests and reserve the right to limit or decline refunds and replacements at our discretion.
For defective packaging, please contact Krampade within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide a description of the defect and provide several photos of the defective packaging via the contact page at our website. Your product may be eligible for replacement and we reserve the right to limit or decline replacements. If Krampade determines that the packaging is defective, we will ship you replacement product at no charge.
Our Replacement and Refund Policy is exclusive for products purchased directly from Krampade or through the official Krampade site at Amazon. Krampade extends this policy to our customers who have purchased their product(s) through a Krampade Authorized Reseller. For confirmation of a reseller's authorization, please contact Krampade.
