Krampade 1K is designed for our older customers who may be concerned about potassium intake due to reduced kidney function. Recommended consumption is 1 or 2 servings per day, depending upon your individual needs.
Krampade 2K is great for helping prevent cramps and relieves cramps in many individuals. This is our go to product that meets most individual’s needs. For athletes and active individuals, it is a great replacement for your current sports drink. Recommended consumption is 1 to 3 servings per day, depending upon your individual needs.
Krampade 4K is designed to give rapid relief for severe cramps. For rare individuals who lose a lot of potassium daily and are very prone to severe cramps, this product is perfect for giving them daily amounts of potassium needed. We caution all customers to follow the directions with this product to prevent possible hyperkalemia from over consumption. Recommended consumption is 1 to 3 servings per day, with 4 hours between servings, depending upon your individual needs.

We have improved on our original formulation with Krampade 2.0! This product line provides all the benefits of original Krampade while making improvements for a superior drinking experience.
For Krampade 2.0 2K, we’ve maintained 2,000 mg of potassium per serving while adding 50 mg of magnesium per serving. We utilize magnesium chloride as our magnesium source, which helps mask the saltiness from the potassium and provide a smooth finish. Recommended consumption is 1 to 3 servings per day, depending upon your individual needs.
We have reduced our sodium content in Krampade 2.0 2K from 200 mg to 50 mg per serving. Our reduction in sodium content means Krampade 2.0 2K helps lowers your blood pressure and risk of stroke!
