This is an excellent product in my opinion. I wouldn’t complain about taste or anything like that because relieving cramps is what I want. The flavors are all just fine and dandy, including reduced sugar, and ordering the original pouch bundle gives a taste of each one, plus saves money. I’m 77 years old and wish this had come along a couple of decades ago. I take supplements and stay in shape and used to have severe leg cramps, usually at night but sometimes after over-exercising and getting dehydrated; and I still can get cramps but now, recognizing the symptoms, using Krampade gives relief. The key for me is realizing that a cramp is or could come on and grabbing Krampade is what I use to nip it in the bud. I am really thankful for this product.
